Hello, I’m Jessica
Qualifications
- Member of IAHIP (Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy)
- Master's in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Dublin Business School (DBS)
A psychotherapist and member of the Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can feel understood and truly supported.
My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in person-centred therapy. I believe that everyone has the inner resources needed to navigate life's challenges, and that therapy can provide the support, insight and tools to help people move from simply coping to truly thriving.
My role is to work collaboratively with you, at your own pace, in a safe and comfortable environment that supports growth, healing and self-discovery.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, perinatal mental health challenges, grief and loss, and life transitions.
How I work
Depending on your individual needs, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and somatic-based techniques that support body awareness and help regulate the nervous system.
If you have any questions, or would like to discuss whether therapy with me might be right for you, please feel free to get in touch.
Wondering if we'd be a good fit?
There's no pressure and no commitment in simply reaching out. Send a message and we can take it from there.
