Therapy tailored to you

My approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs — most effective when you feel safe, understood and accepted to explore at your own pace.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Do you find yourself constantly worrying, overanalysing situations, or struggling to switch off? Together, we can explore the underlying causes of anxiety and develop practical tools to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to manage life's challenges.

Self-Esteem & Confidence

If self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a harsh inner critic are holding you back, therapy can help. We'll work towards building self-awareness, self-acceptance and confidence so that you can feel more comfortable being yourself and making choices that reflect your needs and values.

Life Transitions

Change can be challenging, even when it's something you've chosen. Whether you're adjusting to parenthood, changing careers, experiencing relationship changes, returning to work, or facing another significant transition, therapy can provide support and clarity during uncertain times.

Emotional Wellbeing

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy because they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stressed, or simply want a space to reflect and better understand themselves. Therapy can help you develop resilience, emotional awareness and a greater sense of balance.

Relationships

Difficulties in relationships can affect every aspect of life. Therapy can help you understand patterns in your relationships, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and build more fulfilling connections with others.

LGBTQ+

Issues such as anxiety and depression can affect everybody; it is also important to recognise that the LGBTQ+ community faces its own unique set of stressors. There may be anxiety around exploring your sexuality and gender identity. Therapy can help you explore your experiences and emotions, and develop coping mechanisms to deal with distressing situations and feelings.
